Behind the scenes for over 27 years, "Chicho" has prepared the incredible food we enjoy in the club’s kitchen. Back in November 1998, he started his long and dedicated career as a cook at the Key Biscayne Yacht Club. He has officially retired effective June 16, 2026.
Although he was rarely seen by members, we have always known him through the wonderful culinary creations that delighted our palates throughout the years. Always willing to indulge special requests, Chicho knew our members' preferences by heart. He is one of the main reasons our club’s dining experience has been a source of great delight and pride for us all.
